Printing Receipts

This section describes the AS POS application functions for printing the supported types of receipts. Use this section for the following tasks:

• Printing rebate receipts
• Printing duplicate receipts
• Printing gift receipts
• Resending e-Receipts

This section also describes the AS POS application function that enables tax form printing.

Configurable features

The POS application can be configured with the following features.

• Define the transaction search criteria. For more information, refer to Transaction Search Criteria.
• Set the maximum number of results per search. Refer to the following option:
  • Transaction Search > Maximum Search Results
• Specify the number of transactions displayed on the POS after a transaction lookup. Refer to the following option:
  • Receipt Printing > Number Of Sales Transactions To Display On The POS
• Specify the number of days to search for a transaction during a Reprint Receipt Transaction Search. Refer to the following option:
  • Transaction Search > Reprint Receipt Transaction Search Lookup Days
• Define the maximum number of Reprint Receipt transaction search results. Refer to the following option:
  • Transaction Search > Maximum Reprint Receipt Transaction Search Results
• Allow the printing of duplicate receipts and the resending of e-receipts for return receipts in Last Transaction and Lookup Last X transactions. Refer to the following option:
  • Receipt Printing > Allow Duplicate Printing and Resend E-Receipts for Return Receipts
