Understanding the Product Hierarchy

Finding a product starts with the product hierarchy. The hierarchy is determined by the retailer and can start with any category such as department or gender.

When the user first selects the Products tab, a Product Hierarchy slide–out screen displays the categories to select from.

After selecting a category, corresponding sub-categories are displayed, with the Back and Home buttons enabled. Select Back to go back to a previous category or select Home to go to the parent category.

Products are displayed according to the selected category and sub-category. Select the Product Hierarchy to display the Product Hierarchy slide-out screen.
