Tender Modifiers

This parameter group is intended for internal use only. Do not modify these values without assistance from your NCR Voyix representative.

The following table describes the Tender Modifiers options.

This is a multi-record option group. Records can be added as necessary. This parameter group has a maximum limit of 99 records.

Button Display Option	One of the following options: None TenderMenu MoreTenderOptionsMenu	Determines which menu or sub-menu the modifier button appears on.
Button Display Order Control	A numeric value from zero to 99 characters, or blank	Defines the ordering of modifier buttons on the menu. Buttons with the same number will be grouped together.
Condition Not Set Flags	A comma-separeated list of alphanumeric values from zero to 255 characters	Defines the control flags to determine whether the button is hidden or renamed. Both the Condition Set Flags and Condition Not Set Flags must be defined for the button to be visible. Options vary depending on the payment solution connected to the POS application. Sample values: Nocreditonly—hides the Credit Only button. Renamecredit—changes the label on the Credit tender button. PositiveTender
Condition Set Flags	A comma-separated list of alphanumeric values from zero to 255 characters	Defines the control flags to determine whether the button is visible or renamed. Modified Tender Name	An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters	Specifies the button label for the tender modifier.
Modifier ID	A numeric value from zero to 99 characters	Specifies the unique ID for the tender modifier.
Tender Link	An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters	Specifies the tender type that the modifier acts on. The value can be either a sub-type or a tender ID. Note Only the Credit sub-type is supported for this release.
Tender Modifier Data	An alphanumeric value from zero to 255 characters	An optional string of modifier data to produce the necessary behavior. Sample values: credit_only—runs a card as credit. manual_entry—allows hand-keying of card account number. Note Options vary depending on the payment solution connected to the POS application.
Tender Modifier Type	One of the following values: Disabled PaymentTypeModifier ButtonRename EntryMethodPaymentTypeModifier ButtonFunction	Determines the tender modification option. Disabled—deactivates the modifier and hides the More Tender Options button. PaymentTypeModifier ButtonRename—renames an existing tender button. EntryMethodPaymentTypeModifier ButtonFunction—adds a tender button that redirects to another tender action. For example, an Instant Credit button can be added on the Tender Menu. When this button is selected, the flow is redirected so the POS will now behave as if the Credit Application button is selected.
Valid Transaction Types	One or more valid transaction types.	Defines the valid transaction types for the tender modifier.
