Entering customer information

  • Using the POS application
  • Using compatible PIN pad devices
  • Scanning the customer ID

When connected to a payment solution, the POS application enables the customer to enter e-mail and other information on compatible PIN pad devices. The application can then display an e-mail confirmation message when changes have been made. The customer can also select to receive marketing e-mails using the PIN pad device. For more information, refer to Customer Configuration. For more information about compatible PIN pad devices and payment solutions, consult with an NCR Representative.
