| First Level Reason? | Yes/No | Determines whether or not the return reason is the primary return reason. |
| Return Print Chit Flag | Yes/No | Determines whether a chit is printed for the return.

| Return Reason Code | A numeric value from zero to 99. | Specifies the code assigned to the return reason. |
| Return Reason Description | An alphanumeric value from zero to 40 characters. | Provides the return reason displayed on the sequence number. |
| Second Level Reason Codes | Comma-separated numeric values of up to 255 characters. | Provides the order of the reason codes displayed after the first return reason is selected. |
| Sequence Number | A numeric value from zero to 99. | Indicates the sort order in which the return reasons are displayed on the POS application. |
