NCR RealScan Configuration

NCR RealScan Configuration is a standalone application that creates an EEPROM binary file based on the configurations that are set by users for NCR SA, PXA, and ZYNQ scanners. An EEPROM binary file holds the scanner configuration/settings. These configurations cover from communication settings to bar code settings. It can be downloaded or extracted using NCR RealScan Configuration or NCR RealScan Flash.

This tool provides the intuitive functionality to read, create, compare, print, convert, or modify EEPROM configuration settings. An encrypted XML file is required as input for this application. The encrypted XML file contains information of the EEPROM structure firmware header file. Instructions and further notes are found in the readme file.

This tool generates log files to track operations or any errors that might occur. This application will also display guidance and errors through message boxes.
