The following table provides the list of supported scanners and their corresponding firmware versions.

Note
This software does not support NCR handheld scanners.
To know the scanner firmware version, download the scanner user guide from https://onlinehelp.ncrvoyix.com, print the configuration tags, and scan the Diagnostic Mode tag followed by the Hex 4 and Hex A tags. The scanner then speaks the firmware part number.
