Creating a new EEPROM configuration module

To create a new EEPROM configuration module, follow these steps:

1. Do any of the following:
   • From the Feature Level window toolbar, select the New EEPROM Configuration icon. For more information, refer to Application Components.
   • From the menu bar, select File > New.
   • On the keyboard, press Ctrl+N.

   The application displays the New Scanner Settings window.

   

   Note

   Selecting Cancel closes the New Scanner Settings window and displays the Feature Level window.

2. Set the following:
   • Scanner class
   • Scale feature
   • Firmware version
3. Select Submit. The application displays the EEPROM Feature Level window with the selected default scanner settings. The five disabled features are automatically enabled except for the restricted settings.

   

   The scanner EEPROM is now ready for new settings.
