Receipt Printing is Light or Spotty

Thermal print head may be dirty	Open the receipt cover and clean the thermal print head with cotton swabs and isopropyl alcohol. Caution: Do not use the alcohol to clean other parts of the printer. Damage will occur. Note: Contact a service representative if this does not resolve the problem.	Loading and Changing the Receipt Paper.
	Note: The thermal print head does not normally require cleaning if the recommended paper grades are used. If non-recommended paper has been used for an extended period of time, cleaning the print head with the alcohol and cotton swabs will not be of much benefit.
